Glow inside out with these 6 Wellness routines

Wellness and fitness come hand in hand. đ€Practising both routines together can you help you achieve full body and mind recovery and generally make you glow from inside out.
As well as my fitness, I like to have a solid beauty routine - it makes you feel happier too âșïžâ©Wellness for me is a holistic approach to health that encompasses physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and promotes a better physical ability to exercise. It also reduces stress, anxiety, boosts mental clarity and cognitive function, promotes better sleep and strengthens our immune function. â©
âšHere are my 6 wellness routines that I incorporate into my daily life, that make you feel good inside and glow on the outside! â©
1. STRONG HAIRCARE routine: âšStrong body, so letâs get strong hair too. Olaplex is my go to haircare recovery, repairing hair bonds and reducing damage and breaking. Once a week treatment to get healthier hair - perfect for dry and bleached hair.

â©2. GLOWING SKINCARE routine: âšLooking after your skin from the inside, is better than covering it all up with makeup after. Especially if youâre a gym gal! 3. SLEEP WELL routine: đ We all know we need good sleep for recovery, cognitive function and to reduce stress. I aim to get 8 hours of sleep every night, the same time.
